The Rainbow Oracle Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All Rainbow Oracle orders are lovingly packed and dispatched from the UK using Royal Mail Click & Drop.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. We don’t ship on weekends or bank holidays. During busy periods (such as launches or holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer — thank you for your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates & Services
We currently ship within the UK, Ireland, and selected international destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery option.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail, using one of the following services:

UK Orders: Royal Mail Second Class (estimated 2–4 working days)

International Orders: Royal Mail International Tracked (estimated 3-5 working days in Europe and 5-7 working days in rest of world, depending on destination)
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available/applicable.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to postal service volumes, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived:

UK: Please allow up to 10 working days after dispatch.

International: Please allow up to 25 working days after dispatch.
After these timeframes, get in touch and we’ll help investigate with Royal Mail.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UK, local customs charges, import taxes, or duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Lost, Delayed or Returned Parcels
If an order is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us at sarah@tappingwithsarahtobin.com with your order number.
We’ll open an investigation with Royal Mail and keep you informed throughout the process.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage costs may apply).
Packaging & Planet Care
Each deck is packaged with care using recyclable or reusable materials wherever possible. We’re mindful of our environmental footprint and continuously improving how we ship sustainably.
